We were browsing our FB feed early today and as an image
went by, something caught our eye! In the background of the above mentioned
image was -as clear as day- a display of one of our products, it was a weird
joy for us, but a joy.

In every step of the creation of this organization, its
products and practices, we Heard a lot of times and by a lot of people, the
terms “Brand Image”, “Brand Identity”.
We are Engineers, we craft tools and the means to use them,
we are no marketers, and it was something we almost overlooked or we didn´t
belive in it´s importance, looking back, we almost made a huge mistake. Sincerely. We dodged a bullet.
“The idea behind brand image is that the consumer is not
purchasing just the product/service but also the image associated with that
product/service”.
The brand image includes products' appeal, ease of use,
functionality, fame, and overall value. So we had to stop for a minute and
rethink the strategy, we got help in this step of the way of course, and came
out not only with a tool, but with a product that looked right and nice to us.
“Brand images should be positive, unique and instant”
Brand images can be strengthened using brand communications
like advertising, packaging, word of mouth publicity, other promotional tools,
etc.
Brand is actually content. When the consumers purchase the
product, they are also purchasing it’s image. It is the objective and mental
feedback of the consumers when they purchase a product. Positive brand image is
exceeding the customers expectations. Positive image enhances the goodwill and
brand value of an organization.
And as we were saying. It was a real joy to experience this Branding Recognition moment.
